A long-standing holiday tradition in Newport Beach is the annual Christmas Boat Parade. This year the parade will be celebrating 101 years with the theme "The Joys of Christmas Toys." Richard R. Luehrs, the Executive Director of the Newport Beach Chamber of Commerce shares some insight on the parade's origins, its longstanding history and some of the characteristics that make this holiday celebration an event that should not be missed.
