- Work with the participating hotels to ensure that the correct room block commitment and rate have been assigned.
- Process all incoming applications on a timely and accurate basis.
- E-mail, fax or mail confirmations for all new, changed or canceled reservations.
- Advise hotels of the reservation activity through weekly status reports

- Weekly hotel inventory reports via fax or online access 24/7
- Alphabetized printout or online access 24/7 to attendees processed
