OC Adventures with Zaya! Episode One: Discovery Science Center

Do you think science is fun? Well, you will after you’ve seen it through the eyes of Zaya as he takes on the adventures within Discovery Science Center in Santa Ana.

You can catch all of Zaya's fun excursions through Orange County on OC Adventures with Zaya!  HIs adventure through the Discovery Science Center is the first of our video series that features bite-sized and action-packed adventures. Each episode will take you on a journey with Zaya, an engaging seven-year old as he enthusiastically uncovers some great OC finds. 

First up on Zaya's to-do list at "the Cube" is the Eco Challenge. While shopping at the Discovery Market, Zaya learns how to become a green superhero by shopping for the most eco-friendly products. Paper or plastic, anyone? He then becomes a winner in the Race to Recycle, an interactive exhibit that makes recycling fun for kids.

Next up for Zaya is Dino Quest, the world’s first interactive dinosaur adventure. The exhibit features life-size dinosaurs, interactive quests and a hands-on fossil discovery and identification. Zaya had a great time solving the mysteries surrounding these legendary creatures while walking amidst the massive dinosaurs.

Last but definitely not least, Zaya’s imagination is taken to a galaxy far, far away as he comes face-to-face with classic Star Wars characters, space-age vehicles, intergalactic sights and sounds and even a lightsaber!

You don’t have to be a child to feel like one at Discovery Science Center, where science is really fun! Here you can safely lay on bed-of-nails, dance with your shadow and even see the future— if you don’t believe me, ask Zaya!
