Fall Consumer Campaign 2008

The Anaheim/Orange County Visitor & Convention Bureau will help drive new business to the Orange County area this fall with its fourth annual fall promotion – FALL CONSUMER CAMPAIGN.  

 

AAA Magazines Westways & Via

 

The fall print campaign will promote Orange County getaways to Californians.  Emphasis will be placed on reaching the San Diego and San Francisco markets.  An special 8-page spread showcasing Orange County with vibrant imagery and advertorial (30% editorial) will be in 800,000 fall issues of AAA’s California travel magazines, Westways and Via. Fall 2008 - SOLD OUT!

74% of leisure visitors arrive by auto

• Hotel leisure visitors length of stay is 3.5 nights.
• Last year, 2.8 million California Westways and Via
  readers visited Orange County.
• During the months of the 2007 campaign, AAA Southern
  California’s Travel Office reported a 9.1% increase in total
  bookings - 6.6% increase in total gross sales.
