Anaheim GardenWalk

Restaurants Opening Now!

Anaheim GardenWalk
is an outdoor shopping and dining experience set among beautifully manicured garden walkways within walking distance of the Anaheim Convention Center and the Disneyland Resort.

  • Size: 19.3 acres, including 440,000 square feet of retail, dining and entertainment
  • Projected cost: $600 million
  • More than 800 new hotel rooms and 400 new timeshare units proposed
  • The first phase opening now includes restaurants located along Katella Avenue, such as Bubba Gump, California Pizza Kitchen, Cheesecake Factory, McCormick & Schmick Grill, P.F. Chang's and Roy's of Hawaii.
  • The grand opening in Spring 2008 will include a new ultra lounge and popular retailers: Aveda, Banana Republic, Defy Board Shop, Harley Davidson, OC Gift, White House/Black Market and XP Apparel.

 


 

Historic Downtown Anaheim

CIM Group continues the construction of six mixed-use developments near Anaheim’s Center Street Promenade. This ongoing revitalization of Historic Downtown Anaheim will create a fresh, urban center featuring residential neighborhoods, historic preservation and restoration projects, and a master-planned downtown block for residential and commercial use.

The MUZEO - New Cultural Center Now Open

  • Size: 20,000 square feet
  • Includes an exhibit hall, museum space and a history center

The Platinum Triangle

Envisioned as Orange County’s new downtown, The Platinum Triangle consists of 820 acres surrounding Angel Stadium and the Honda Center, and will be a vibrant, 24 hour, mixed-use, urban environment including restaurants, shops, 18,000 residential units and commercial space.
