California Tourism Safety & Security Conference Details

PARKING
In the structure to the rear of the Hilton Anaheim. (Conference parking cannot be comp validated.)
  
CHECK-IN
Top of Lobby escalator, turn left. Second floor conference registration desk. Check-in begins at 7:45 a.m. Pre-registered participants only. No walk-ups. Continental breakfast served in the California Promenade from 7:45 – 8:30 a.m.
  
TRAINING
The Conference will begin promptly at 8:30am inside the California Ballroom. All attendees must wear their Conference name badge. Please silence cellular telephones.
  
HOSTED LUNCHEON
Conference luncheon will be served at 12:30 p.m. on the California Sun Deck.
  
NETWORKING COCKTAIL RECEPTION
At the end of training, inside Hastings Lounge. No-host bar.
