Learn from a world-class panel of experts.

TENTH ANNUAL CALIFORNIA TOURISM SAFETY & SECURITY CONFERENCE RETURNS TO ANAHEIM

Anaheim, Calif. - The tourism industry is more sensitive than most regarding safety and security. Recent incidents of crime, terrorism, civil disorder, and natural disasters show how vulnerable tourism is to such concerns. These incidents illustrate some of the challenges police and security professionals face in protecting and serving visitor communities.

Some tourism destinations are successfully facing these challenges. In building on the training from the previous conferences, the 10th annual CTSSC will highlight the principles, practices, legal strategies, and tools & technologies that have emerged in recent months and are proving successful. With a diverse audience, and a unique blend of "nuts-n-bolts" training and professional networking, this annual conference has grown into the largest of its kind in America.

If you are involved in sales or marketing of a tourism destination or venue, you cannot afford to miss this conference. Learn how to develop positive partnerships with your local security and law enforcement teams. Learn how to effectively incorporate the safety/security theme into your site visits and sales missions.

Training Presentations & Features to include: Hotel/Motel Safety; Terrorism & Tourism; Civil Liability for Tourism Businesses; Crime & Culture; Threat Assessment for Tourism; Active Shooter Response; Pickpockets & Distraction Thefts; Measuring Police/Security Team Effectiveness; Digital Video Surveillance Systems; Tools, Technologies, Services; Hosted Luncheon; Cocktail Reception and professional networking.
