Anaheim GardenWalk

Anaheim GardenWalk, a unique outdoor shopping and dining center is located a few minutes away from the Anaheim Convention Center and the Disneyland Resort. The entertainment and lifestyle development will encompass approximately 440,000 square-feet of retail, dining and entertainment areas amidst an environment of beautifully manicured and unique gardens.

The first phase which is now open includes six nationally known restaurant favorites: Bubba Gump Shrimp Co., California Pizza Kitchen, Cheesecake Factory, McCormick & Schmick’s Grille, P.F. Chang’s and Roy’s. The total restaurant space within these establishments equals 46,050 square feet of dining/event space.

The second phase of this innovative retail, eclectic dining and entertainment venue is expected to open this June. It will include “300,” an upscale bowling lounge, a 14-Plex theatre, and a wide selection of restaurants and various OC originals including: Chico’s, Banana Republic, Bar Louie, Harley Davidson, Heat Ultra Lounge, White House/Black Market and XP Sports.

The final phase of the Anaheim GardenWalk includes two hotels with a combined 866 guest rooms, with an additional 400-unit timeshare scheduled to open mid-2010.The hotel meeting space will include 36,000 square feet in one hotel and 14,000 square feet in the other hotel (this includes ballrooms and breakout space combined).
